  • Introduction to gypsum board:

    SAN francisco-based refractory gypsum board is made of high purity gypsum core, vermiculite and glass fiber additive with mesh distribution. And adopt the pink paper surface that passes special fire prevention processing to serve as face paper, greatly improved the fire resistance performance of plasterboard, suit the use of the occasion such as partition wall, elevator and stair passage with high requirement of fire resistance performance especially. This product fully conforms to Chinese GB/T9775 standard, and its fire stability is > 20 (Min).

    Fiberglass refractory: refractory paper gypsum board, in its core body added a large network of distributed fiberglass, in the case of fire can extend the stability of the core.

    Vermiculite refractory: vermiculite has been added to its core, gypsum board will crack when exposed to fire, and vermiculite will expand into a sticky shape when heated. Penetrates into the crack, once again prolongs the gypsum board fire resistance.

    Save space: use plasterboard as wall material, can save the wall area, increase the utilization rate of building space. Plasterboard does inside partition wall still can facilitate indoor pipeline laid and overhaul.

    Drywall installation:

    1. Gypsum board shall be installed from one end of the wall in accordance with the direction of the c-shaped keel.

    2. Two adjacent gypsum boards naturally close together.

    3. The lower opening of gypsum board is larger than 10mm from the ground, so avoid direct contact with the ground.

    4. The top of the gypsum board should be with the roof tight, no gap (sound insulation, firewall exception).

    5. The single-layer gypsum board on both sides of the keel must be installed at staggered joints.

    6. The two layers of gypsum board on the inside of the same side do not need to be installed with staggered joints.

    7. When the height of the partition wall is larger than the plasterboard for vertical splicing, both sides of the plasterboard and the same inside and outside two layers of plasterboard transverse joints must be staggered.

    8. The plasterboard in the door frame should be put together the gap in the lintel, the lintel on both sides of the plasterboard should be staggered.

    9. Self-tapping screw shall be driven with an electric screw gun.
